Steps for determining your candidacy for corrective surgery:
- Doctor conducts comprehensive eye exam to determine if the patient qualifies for surgery based on prescription.
- Doctor analyzes physiological state of the patient's corneas.
- Doctor helps patient determine needs and expectations of surgery.
- Patient decides if he/she wants to pursue correction of eyes through surgery.
- If the patient decides he/she wants to proceed with surgery; patient returns for dilation of their eyes to finalize current prescription and check the overall health of the eyes.
